Trades we hire and pay

We send you to a property, you invoice us, and we pay you out of the owner's funds. Nevada requires a contractor's licence for a lot of this work, and we check it. Public liability insurance is not optional.

We approve the spend before you start, so you are never chasing us for a yes
Invoice us; we do not add a fee on top of your bill
Photographs before and after, because the owner sees the invoice

We cannot promise a volume of work and we will not pretend otherwise. How much you get depends on your trade, your area and how the first jobs go.
