When we look
At move-in and move-out without exception, and periodically in between. Residents get at least 24 hours' notice, which Nevada law requires and which is also simply decent — it is their home while they live in it.
What you get
Photographs and a written note of anything that needs doing, with our view on whether it is urgent or can wait. If nothing is wrong we say so plainly rather than manufacturing a list.
