What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

If you enquire about a home: your name, email, telephone and what you asked about. If you apply: what the application form asks for. If you are already a resident or an owner: the records of your tenancy or your property.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to manage the tenancy or the property, and to keep the records a licensed Nevada brokerage is required to keep. Nothing else.

What we will not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the people needed to do the job — a screening provider when you apply, a contractor when something needs fixing, our accountants, and anyone the law requires.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give Lucky Me Realty your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to text you about your own enquiry, application, tenancy or property. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Screening

Credit and background checks are run by a licensed screening provider, not by us. If an application is declined because of something in that report, you will be told who produced it so you can get a copy and dispute anything wrong in it.

How long we keep it

As long as Nevada law requires us to, and no longer than we have a reason to. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you.

Asking us about your information

Write to us or ring the office. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, and remove what we are not required to keep.
