Online rent payment is not switched on yet. The office tells you how to pay when you sign your lease — if you are not sure, ring us before the 1st.
First time signing in?
You need the activation email we sent when your lease started. If you cannot find it, ring the office and we will send another — we cannot set a password for you.
When rent is due
Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th, unless your lease says otherwise. Your lease is the authority, not this page.
