Photographs
Taken after the home is clean and the work is finished, not before. Every photograph is checked at magnification for people before it is published — if somebody is in a shot, the shot is retaken rather than cropped.
Where it is listed
Our own site first, then the rental portals renters actually use. The listing states the rent, the deposit and the pet policy up front — a home that hides its terms wastes everybody's time, including ours.
Showings
Arranged by the office so somebody who knows the property answers the questions. We tell you what people said about it, including the parts you would rather not hear — that is usually what tells you the rent is wrong.
