luckymerealty.com is published by Lucky Me Realty, a licensed Nevada real estate brokerage. Listings, rents and availability are shown as we have them and can change without notice; a tenancy exists only when a lease is signed. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.

SMS terms

Program: Lucky Me Realty texts residents, applicants and property owners about their own enquiry, application, tenancy or property - rent reminders, maintenance appointments, showings and inspections, lease renewals, office notices, and replies to questions texted to us. You join by ticking the consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, ring (702) 848-4018, or email pm@luckymerealty.com. Stopping texts does not change your lease or your account; we will reach you by email, telephone or post instead.

Privacy and law

How we handle your information, including SMS opt-in data, is in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Lucky Me Realty is a Nevada licensed brokerage and an equal housing opportunity provider.
