Most cases that reach court could have been a conversation in week one. We make contact early and in writing, and where a payment plan is realistic we will put one to you — an occupied home paying something usually beats an empty one paying nothing.
If it goes ahead
Nevada eviction notices are statutory court forms under NRS 40, not letters we compose. They are prepared correctly and filed through the proper channel, because a notice served wrongly restarts the clock and costs you weeks.
